These terms govern your use of this site and the Premium subscription for Ipo's Tournament Bot, operated by iposbots, staffordshire,ENG (contact: iposbots@mailbox.org).
This site lets you activate a paid Premium subscription (currently £5/month) for a specific Discord server. Using the bot itself inside a Discord server is governed separately by the bot's own Terms of Service (/terms in Discord).
You may only activate Premium on a server you actually own or have Manage Server permission on, and the bot must already be added to that server, checked automatically via Discord login before you can subscribe.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change the price with reasonable notice; continuing to subscribe after a price change means you accept the new price.
We may, at our sole discretion, grant a server free or discounted Premium access, for a limited time or indefinitely, including to servers we operate ourselves, without notice and without creating any obligation to offer the same to any other server. Free or promotional access can be withdrawn at any time; it isn't a purchased subscription and the Refund Policy doesn't apply to it, since nothing was paid.
Premium is an ongoing service, not a one-off digital download, so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you keep the standard UK 14-day "cooling-off" right to cancel for a full or partial refund of that first period, even though access starts immediately when you subscribe. By subscribing, you expressly ask us to start providing Premium straightaway rather than waiting out the 14 days first. If you then cancel within that 14-day window, we'll refund you for the days you didn't use; if you cancel after it, standard monthly billing applies with no refund for the remainder of that month, cancelling just stops the next renewal. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
We can suspend or end your Premium subscription if you use the service to break the law, abuse the bot or this site, or try to circumvent the subscription system. We also reserve the right, at our discretion and without prior notice, to remove Ipo's Tournament Bot from any server, or to block it from being added to a server, for any period or permanently, for example in response to abuse, a security incident, a legal request, or another genuine emergency. This doesn't cancel a paid subscription's billing automatically; if we remove the bot from a server with an active paid subscription for reasons other than your own breach of these terms, our Refund Policy's billing-error exception applies.
Ipo's Tournament Bot is an independent, unofficial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Ubisoft or Discord Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "Discord" and the Discord logo are trademarks of Discord Inc. Any Ubisoft game names, marks, or trademarks referenced by this site or the bot belong to Ubisoft and are used only to describe compatibility (for example, that a tournament is being run for a Ubisoft game), not to claim any association.
The service is provided as-is. We're not liable for losses caused by Discord, Stripe, or hosting-provider outages, or for indirect/consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the update.
